Nothing is being recorded. This is a sample conversation. This page cannot record anything — it is served a policy that denies it a microphone. What it does run is the real thing: the transcript below is merged, chaptered, highlighted and exported by the same code the app uses, in this tab. The recorder itself is at
ownnotes.co/app.

YouRight, we're recording — I'll drop the notes in the channel afterwards. Where did we land on the two tiers?
- 0:08
OthersWe had twenty-nine and forty-nine, but I think — sorry, forty-nine is the two-seat one, not the three-seat one. I keep mixing those up.
- 0:26
YouHmm. So the worry is that twenty-nine looks cheap next to what they already pay monthly?
- 0:34
OthersA bit, yeah. Although the people we actually want are the ones already paying twenty a month somewhere else, so anything one-time reads as cheap to them. We decided last time not to chase the free crowd.
- 1:01
YouCan you pull the refund numbers for the last quarter? I want to see whether the cheap tier is the one people regret.
- 1:11
OthersI can get those. It'll take until next week because the export is manual. Um, one thing though, refunds on the lowest tier were about four percent last time I looked, which was lower than I expected.
- 1:44
YouOkay. Let's go with three tiers and no rental at the bottom. I'll write it up by Friday.
- 1:53
OthersAgreed. And we should say the device count out loud on the page rather than making people email us about it. That was half the support volume last launch.
- 2:12
OthersDo we need a decision on the top tier count today, or can that wait?
- 2:48
YouOne more thing — who owns the migration for existing customers? That's the bit that always gets dropped.
- 2:57
OthersI'll take the migration. It's mostly a mail-merge and a support macro. What happens if someone bought two licences and now wants the three-seat one — do we credit them?
- 3:25
YouGood. Send me the draft when you have it and I'll sign off.
“You” and “Others” come from the two recordings, not from a model: your microphone is you, the audio of the tab you shared is everyone else. Naming individual people is deliberately not in version one — being wrong about who said what in a meeting transcript is a serious failure, not a cosmetic one. Note the mis-speak at 0:08 and the filler at 1:11: this is what a real transcript looks like, and we will not show you a cleaner one than the product produces.
